Our services mainly consist of short-term interventions aiming at making it easier for you to manage your paper or electronic documents. These service modules can be combined as you wish to best respond to your needs. 

The organisation kit - to help you do it yourself with complete autonomy

The organisation kit includes

  • An organisational audit (we assess the current situation – together with you)
  • Elaborating a filing plan tailored to your own circumstances (for e-documents, also establishing naming conventions for your files)
  • For paper documents, ordering and setting up the appropriate material (included in the package)
  • For e-documents, providing you with a (skeletal) folder structure on a USB key
  • A coaching session (we help you take charge of and use your new paperwork management system and the set-up materials)
  • A follow-up session (we will recontact you after a few weeks and if necessary, we will specify together the desired adjustements) 

Our tariffs provide for an express version for emergencies.

The three-month subscription - if you'd rather have us do it for you

The three-month subscription includes a monthly intervention (2-3 hours) at your place to manage your paperwork and/or your e-documents. From classifying to analysing complex dossiers through reconciling bills and bank accounts, we will do what needs to be done this day according to your priorities.

Why only three months? Because you most probably don’t need help all the time! You can naturally renew your subscription or combine several subscriptions if you need more interventions (sliding scale tariffs).

Sorting documents by the kilo (or by the number of files) - when it is getting too much

Whether paper or electronic documents, we tackle your stacks of documents while you focus on what you’re really interested in.

Our tariffs vary according to the selected rendering  (simple or more elaborate, with or without file renaming) and to where the intervention takes place.

The prepay option - so you can be sure to have help when it suits you best

By prepaying for four interventions (2-3 hours), you make sure you will have help when you want it. The four interventions can be concentrated over two days or spread over six months – at your own pace. We will do what needs to be done according to your priorities.

We offer identical rates for paper and electronic documents.

The "tiny volume" option - for the occasional helping hand

If you only need a little help every now and then for a tiny volume of paperwork, if you do not particularly like organising, taping and scanning the famous cash register receipts for accounting – we can do it for you at the flat hourly rate of CHF 100.00 HT.

We will be happy to give you a cost estimate for additional services you may require – e.g. setting up complex administrative files, translating and revising scientific and technical texts. 

Tariffs

We practice flat-rate billing – no bad surprise at the end of the mandate!

Some of our services include ordering and providing organisation material, USB keys, etc. To promote sustainability, we try whenever possible and with your express consent to re-use your own material. When we deliver new material, we prefer sustainable supplies (recyclable ring binders, recycled paper, solvent-free adhesives, etc.). Supplies included in our packages mainly consist of file folders, ring books, archive boxes and light table-top drawer boxes. We provide neither office cabinets, nor furniture pieces, nor metal filing cabinets.
